This year more than any other, the city is in the spotlight! Joseph Swensen embarks on a crazy day in New York, carried by Bernstein's abundant music. From the northern districts of West Side Story to the Broadway of Candide and the banks of the Hudson with On the Waterfront , the Big Apple has an appointment in Bordeaux to kick things off. For the fifth consecutive year, the Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine opens the season and reunites with the public in the city and beyond. In the area, screens broadcast the concert live from the beating heart of the Auditorium.
