Program Info: A summer afternoon, a view of the historic palace, a cup of musical emotions and the most beautiful melodies in the world – this is what the "Musical Cocktail in the Open Air" concert promises to be, to which we invite you on the terrace of the New Palace in Ostromecko.
In the unique setting of one of the most beautiful places in the region, the Capella Bydgostiensis Chamber Orchestra, under the artistic direction of Kamil Kociołek, will take the audience on a journey full of emotion, memories and musical energy.
The concert program combines timeless film themes, classic hits and rhythms that have been winning the hearts of listeners around the world for years.
We'll hear, among others, the moving Barbara Waltz from the film Nights and Days , Ennio Morricone's unforgettable compositions from The Mission and Cinema Paradiso , Astor Piazzolla's spirited Libertango, and Carlos Gardel's famous Por una cabeza. We'll also hear Gioachino Rossini's brilliant overture to William Tell , the jazz influences of George Gershwin, Scott Joplin's ragtime hit The Entertainer, and Nino Rota's romantic A Time for Us.
We invite you to Ostromecko to spend a summer afternoon in the unique atmosphere of a place where history, architecture and art create a harmonious whole.
