What happens when the weight of Metallica meets the power of a great orchestra?
On May 8 the Petrobras Symphony Orchestra takes the stage at BTG Pactual Hall to present the concert Black Album Symphony , with orchestrated versions of songs from the iconic album "Metallica", which turns 35 in 2026.
Conducted by Felipe Prazeres , classics such as Enter Sandman , Nothing Else Matters and The Unforgiven are exclusively arranged by Ricardo Candido , the orchestra's bassist. Electric violins take over the solos immortalized by James Hetfield and Kirk Hammett, in a reinterpretation that unites power, precision and emotion.
A symphonic celebration of the album that redefined the band's sound and marked generations.
