Art of Cello
All4Cello - Sala Koncertowa Filharmonii

Program Info:
ALL4CELLO – cello ensemble of the Warmia and Mazury Philharmonic
Wiktoria Nowak-Kowalska – soprano
Jacek Kotlarski – vocals
Michał Michalski – piano
Piotr Maślanka – percussion

Nothing is impossible for the cello: it is irreplaceable in a symphony orchestra, but also in trios or quartets, and at the same time it is perfect for the genres of popular and jazz music. Its naturally soft and warm sound can change into menacing and dark, and sometimes light and cheerful. It is therefore not surprising that the program of this concert includes both classical, film and entertainment repertoire. It is a musical feast, during which you will hear beautiful songs in a new, unusual arrangement.

A unique combination of classical and popular music. The program will include H. Villa-Lobos' compositions – Bachianas Brasileiros as well as phenomenal vocalizations by E. Morricone from Once Upon a Time in America and the series Octopus , known for their beautiful melodic lines and rich instrumentation. The cello accompaniment will be complemented by the angelic voice of the talented young soprano Wiktoria Nowak-Kowalska.
The second part of the concert is the evergreens of the entertainment music scene of the nineties with She's like the wind ( Dirty dancing ), Take on me , I'm still standing at the forefront, embellished with the velvety and deep voice of Jacek Kotlarski with the creative accompaniment of cello, piano and percussion performed by leading Polish artists.
Such a concert is not to be missed.
You are cordially invited!
