Brass Academy Alicante - ADDA: Auditorio de la Diputación de Alicante
Program Info: Created in 2008 together with the Brass Academy Alicante, the Brass Ensemble brings together the best students of the academy with the aim of performing quality works of different styles and periods, as well as expanding the training repertoire of the students.
Some of its members have joined important international orchestras such as the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie, Helsinki Philharmonic, Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester, JONDE or the Finnish National Opera. Teachers from the academy also participate in the Ensemble, offering a shared practical and scenic experience.
The usual line-up includes 6 trumpets, 5 horns, 4 trombones, euphonium and 2 tubas, expanding according to the repertoire. Under the direction of Rudi Korp, he has performed on stages throughout Spain and at the Schagerl Festival in Austria.
Figures such as Gábor Tarkövi, Sarah Willis, Nury Guarnaschelli and Lito Fontana have collaborated as guest soloists...
