Stanisław Bareja was convinced that his films wouldn't stand the test of time. What's more, he believed they were too deeply rooted in the communist era and would only entertain audiences for two or three years at most. Meanwhile, quotes from his films have become so ingrained in the Polish language that they easily rival classics like Mickiewicz and Wyspiański. And the films themselves continue to enjoy enduring popularity. What's more, the director amasses thousands of fans. The "Bareizmy Eternally Alive" Facebook page boasts nearly 300,000 followers! What's so special about Bareja's films? We'll discover this during the concert, which will feature an absurd sense of humor à la Stanisław Bareja, sudden plot twists, audience engagement, and even historical re-enactments. The stage will feature not only renowned stars (such as the nationwidely beloved Tradycja), but also film critics, censors, fanatical songwriters, and God knows who else. We'll hear music from Stanisław Bareja's films – from songs to the theme songs of famous films and TV series. There will also be plenty of interesting facts and surprises. All this to provide listeners with just the right amount of, as the director himself called it, "happy hours" and significantly improve their mood. After all, what wouldn't you do for Stanisław Bareja fans who decide to head to the Philharmonic in the evening?
