Program Info: Barcelona Symphonic Band (BMB) Rafa Agulló, conductor Els Pirates Teatre
Frenetic, mysterious, delicate, grandiloquent, amorous, unsettling, playful… by lending energy to the most heartbreaking and memorable creations in the history of cinema, music contributes to the impact these films have on audiences, transforming them into experiences that we both see and feel, and which make us feel and see the world in a new way. In collaboration with the theatre company Els Pirates, which will be recreating ambiences that complement the musical performances, this concert by the Barcelona Symphonic Band, conducted by Rafa Agulló, will enable audiences to relive some of the most emotive scenes from La La Land, Psycho, Life Is Beautiful, Titanic, Mission: Impossible and Star Wars, among others.
