Program Info: It is sometimes said that good film music should not stand out. The composers featured in the Greatest Film Music concerts did not follow this advice, and so much the better! On the program: a series of concerts dedicated to the cult music of the masterpieces of the 7 th art at the Auditorium of La Seine Musicale. While certainly composed for the screen, soundtracks are scores in their own right that can very well do without images; they give us the pleasure of remembering the images they accompanied, and even of guessing them. More than a simple concert, it is a total immersion in the composer's universe where music, theater, and staging intertwine in a sound and visual fresco.
