Program Info: Sigurd Barrett returns to DR SymphoniOrkestret to share his great love of music, which has accompanied him all his life. Come with Sigurd and the Danish National Children's Choir into the wonderful world of the symphony orchestra, which is full of instruments, strong music and fantastic music.
Many thousands of Danish children and parents have learned about classical music thanks to the multi-artist Sigurd Barrett, who with his warmth and commitment has invited several generations into the world of music in his own special way.
On the occasion of the DR Symphony Orchestra's 100th birthday, Sigurd returns to the orchestra to share his own memories, experiences and feelings related to symphonic music of all time - and to the instruments that can become our very best friends.
The stage in DR Koncerthuset will be filled to the brim with both young and old, because together with Sigurd and DR SymfoniOrkestret, the DR Children's Choir and a handful of musical children participate together with their instrument friends.
