Since December 2018, the City Light Symphony Orchestra has been delighting a wide audience with the thrilling James Bond Concert Series . After highly acclaimed performances of "Casino Royale", "Skyfall" and "Spectre", we are delighted to present you two more exclusive performances of "Skyfall" at the KKL Lucerne.
Daniel Craig returns as the legendary secret agent in the most successful film of the long-running franchise to date. While the film shines on the big screen, the City Light Symphony Orchestra plays the BAFTA-winning film music by composer Thomas Newman live and precisely to the film!
Directed by Sam Mendes, 007 meets one of his most perfidious adversaries in "Skyfall"... the ruthless cyber terrorist and former MI6 agent Silva (Javier Bardem). The plot begins with the disappearance of a hard drive on which the identities of all undercover British agents are stored.
Bond's mission to recover the stolen hard drive takes him from a thrilling chase across the rooftops of Istanbul to the violent underworld of Macau and finally to the streets of London and into the heart of MI6. The epic showdown of this chase for the ruthless Silva takes place at Skyfall Lodge, Bond's remote family home in the Scottish Highlands.
Judi Dench returns once again as steadfast MI6 chief M, and "Skyfall" introduces two well-known and popular Bond characters: the brilliant quartermaster Q (Ben Whishaw) and the charming and resourceful Eve Moneypenny (Naomie Harris).
