Music is a bridge between our life and imagination. It gives courage, strength, shapes our personality. Music is an inspiration. Thanks to her, we can escape into our world where we feel safe. But above all, music connects. And we were able to see exactly that during the last thirty years of existence of the Czech National Symphony Orchestra.
During this era, we had the opportunity to meet an abundance of Czech and international performers, and our cooperation subsequently turned into friendship. We appreciate that immensely. concert for our supporters That's why we have prepared an extraordinary Jan Hasenöhrl & many friends . The listeners will be able to listen to not only great music in the Smetana Hall of the Municipal House, but also to feel that music really brings people together.
Perhaps more in the words of host Jan Hasenöhrl: "I am very much looking forward to this concert, because, as the name suggests, I will meet a lot of my friends on stage. In forty-five years in the industry, there have been quite a few of them, especially during the three decades of the ČNSO's existence. The concert is a look back over the years and the people I was lucky enough to meet and play with. And so the baroque and classical music will be followed by the captivating music of Ennio Morricone. Lalo Schifrin, jazzman and author of the music for the film Mission Impossible , will smoothly transport us to the landscape of jazz. Bobby Shew and Vince Mendoza's compositions remind me of unforgettable projects."
