They say that three times is a charm. And how many times does it take to create a tradition? We don't know that; but it is certain that each time it strengthens the tradition. This thesis is confirmed by the fact that tickets for the third Film Music Concert at the Amphitheatre started to sell... before we could start promoting it! For us, the meeting in the Millennium Amphitheatre, an iconic space for the city and the region, is the second, informal ending of the artistic season and a perfect concept to welcome summer. A magical, tender atmosphere, a great orchestra and choir, numerous fragments from Hollywood (and not only!) soundtracks, touching voices of vocalists, stories from a true specialist in "film-making" - Magda Miśka-Jackowska and unique reactions of the crowd gathered in the audience - all this makes up the climate you long for for the next twelve months.
This time the evening will be honoured by a duo that radiates undeniably positive energy. Full of expression, harmonious on and off stage - because privately (since 2011) they are a married couple. Barbara Kurdej-Szatan and Rafał Szatan will take listeners to the world of music from the best productions of world cinema. The audience will have the opportunity to go to the Wild West and the African coast, decide who wears pink best and engage in several fights with the Prince of Thieves. Sound intriguing? And this is just a teaser!
