Program Info:
The animated film Fantasia is a classic Disney film. Over 500 animated characters were brought together in segments for the first time in 1940. You can see centaurs dancing to Beethoven or dinosaurs having to fight the big and evil T-Rex to Stravinsky's "Sacre du printemps". The Konzerthaus Orchestra plays the soundtrack live for us - and Mickey Mouse becomes the sorcerer's apprentice!
