Film Music Gala
Orchestra & Solists - Filharmonia Częstochowska im. Bronisława Hubermana

Program Info:
Music and film... When we remember our favourite films, we remember scenes with actors and the main theme of the soundtrack, a melody from the opening credits or a musical illustration of a given fragment rings in our ears. It's impossible to think about "Star Wars", "Schindler's List" or "Doctor Zhivago" and not hear in your imagination the music that has become fused with these images like musical notes with a staff... And yet there are also such wonderful films as "West Side Story". " or "The Phantom of the Opera", in which the compositions of musical masters are the essence of the whole: Leonard Bernstein and Andrew Lloyd Webber are the creators of all-time hits. And finally - is there anyone in the room who does not remember the musical motifs from films about James Bond and Indiana Jones?! So you have a unique opportunity to revive your film and music emotions this evening during our concert. A gendarme from Saint-Tropez will keep order - he will also appear among us, of course in the form of sound.
