Program Info: “Best of Classics” will go into its fourth round in June 2024 - the evening with a wide range of programs will, as usual, be performed by the Prague Royal Philharmonic orchestra under the direction of Heiko Mathias Förster. Popular classical masterpieces and film music combine to create a total work of art for the senses.
On the program: major symphonies such as "The Vltava" by Smetana as well as soundtracks to blockbusters such as "Star Wars" (John Williams), "Harry Potter" (John Williams) and "Pirates of the Caribbean" (Klaus Badelt / Hans Zimmer). In addition, hits by Taylor Swift and Harry Styles can be heard in impressive arrangements of orchestral sound splendour - a festival full of emotions!
