A cult composer for several generations of spectators, Ennio Morricone left his mark on his era. Composer, arranger, orchestrator and conductor of genius, he revolutionised the seventh art with classic genre cinema (western, horror, thriller), but also historical or dramatic, and goes so far as to sublimate current cinema with recent films by Quentin Tarantino.
60 years of career, more than 500 film scores and dozens of awards and nominations around the world, including a Grammy Hall of Fame and an Oscar of honour... Ennio Morricone is also Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur in France and Knight Grand Cross of the Order of Merit in Italy.
This tribute concert is produced with the utmost respect for the original works, with a selection of cult films, for the greatest respect to the Maestro who left us in July 2020 and who wanted more than anything that his music continues to to be performed on stages around the world.
