About the concert
Janssen understands the art of translating film themes into special concerts. For the performance he invariably selects gifted musicians from Romania and Ukraine, among others. Janssen succeeds time and again in bringing complete symphony orchestras and choirs in spectacular line-up to countries including the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Belgium. His efforts were awarded in November 2018 during a special performance in The Concertgebouw with a cultural award from Romania, presented by the ambassador of that country.
